Real request records

Activity

Every question you ask is a real request: accepted, validated, sent to the provider or subnet route that answers it, then answered or failed. This page shows its records, and the service’s own accounting.

TAONIC keeps no copy of your question. The finished answer stays in the server’s memory for 5 minutes, so an identical question in that time reuses it instead of asking again.

This browser

Kept only in this browser tab, and gone when it closes: ids, outcomes, timing and usage, never the question or the answer. Nothing here is sent anywhere.

Requests from this browser tab, newest first. Charge and revenue are zero because charging is off.

Reading the durable records…

Reading these figures. Never completed means a request was opened and then left before it finished, most of them automated test runs; none booked any provider cost, and none is a provider failure. An unknown cost is a request with no provider figure and no published rate. Charge and revenue are real zeros, because charging is off.

Economic flow

ChargingOFF

Charging is not enabled yet, so customer charge, revenue and eligible surplus are real zeros. No TAO has been acquired, because no system that could acquire it exists.

  1. Provider costWhat providers charged TAONIC for the requests it served.—
  2. Customer chargeWhat readers were charged. Charging is off.—
  3. Gross revenueCharges collected.—
  4. RefundsCharges returned.—
  5. Eligible surplusRevenue less refunds less the provider cost of charged requests, never below zero.—
  6. TAO conversionPROPOSEDNOT DEPLOYEDUsing eligible surplus to acquire TAO. No system that could do this exists.—

The proposed design is in the proposed loop and reserve policy.
