TAONIC does not operate a Bittensor subnet. Mining participation occurs through external subnets under their own registration, scoring and reward systems; there is nothing to mine on TAONIC, and each subnet pays its own miners.

Common questions

Is TAONIC a Bittensor subnet?
No. TAONIC is an intelligence router: it sends each question to a provider or Bittensor subnet service built for that kind of work (Numinous on subnet 6, Desearch on subnet 22, Synth on subnet 50, engy on subnet 53, Chutes on subnet 64).
Does asking a question cost or earn anything?
No. Asking is free while charging is off, and a question neither costs nor pays out any TAO.
Is the economic layer live?
No, it is in development. The TAONIC product software exists. The financial protocol is not yet deployed. Every part of it is listed above with its state. Read the proposed loop
